If you would like to delete your BilfuPay account and all associated data, please follow the procedure below.

How to Request Account Deletion

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you want to proceed before submitting your request.

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Account Information: User profile, email address, phone number, and personal details
Authentication Data: Login credentials and authentication tokens
Order History: All order records, transaction history, and payment information
Product Listings: Any products you have listed for sale
Wishlist: Saved items and favorites
Cart Data: Shopping cart contents
Messages: Inbox messages and communications
Documents: Uploaded identity documents and verification files
Profile Images: Profile pictures and uploaded images

For legal and business purposes, we may retain certain information:

Financial Records: Transaction records may be retained as required by financial regulations and tax laws
Legal Compliance: Data required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements
Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be used to identify you

After account deletion is processed:

Most personal data is deleted immediately or within 7 business days
Financial and legal records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law
Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for business analytics
